Applying for University/ polytechnics
Now is the time to apply for university / polytechnic study. Students need to do this by applying online to their chosen university/s or polytechnic they need to go on their chosen university / polytechnic website and click on the apply now button and follow the instructions. This will get you to create an account (do not use your school email account use a sensible personal email account), it should be fairly straight forward to follow and apply for the course you want to study. If you have difficulty, please see Mrs Kettle.
Real me account
All year 13s need to create a real me account this is a form of digital id. You will need it to apply for student loans and allowances. Go to the website and create your account https://login.realme.govt.nz/ or visit AA locally which tends to be more helpful.
