Attendance Matters
We are currently undertaking a thorough review of attendance across the school and reinforcing the expectation that all students attend school every day from Monday to Friday. Our own detailed data clearly demonstrates a strong correlation between attendance and achievement. Students with attendance rates above 80% are significantly more likely to achieve their NCEA levels. Therefore, improving overall attendance is a school-wide priority. For further discussion or help regarding your son’s attendance, please reach out to their Dean in the first instance.

Reminder: NZQA Literacy & Numeracy CAAs (online) are Weeks 4 & 5 of Term 2 (from May 19th). Year 11/12 (if needed) & 10XH/10XG will participate (10XH/G in class).
