Reminder: PPTA Paid Union Meeting (PUM)
It was pleasing to receive the positive news that the PPTA Executive has withdrawn their industrial action. However, the PPTA members still require a regional PUM on Wednesday, 28 June, through the morning.
School will be open on this day through to 12:15 for any students that require supervision. There will be no timetabled classes. If your son requires supervision onsite please email Mr D Russell drussell@nbhs.school.nz
The day boy parent / teacher conferences will start at 1:00pm. Booking information is below.
End of Term 2
Friday 30 June is the end of Term 2. School will finish at 12:15pm. This is to accommodate the hostel parent / caregiver conferences. Buses will depart at 12:25pm.
Term 3 starts Monday, 17 July. This is Day 3 on the school calendar.
Y11 Semi-Formal
We are delighted to have this event / opportunity for the Y11s back on the calendar. The semi-formal is with Napier Girls’ High School. We host the event in the Henderson Hall on Monday 26 June. The semi-formal runs 7:00 – 10:00pm.

You will receive an email to that address that will contain both a link to sign-in and a code that can be entered to sign in. The code needs to be used within 72 hours. 4. June Progress Report
The June Progress Report is emailed to parents / caregivers today, Friday 23 June. If you have any questions about the grades and results reflected in the Progress Report, please raise these at the parent / caregiver conference. Conversely, we appreciate you taking the time to support your son, highlighting the positives in the report.

Super 8 Football
The 1st XI was due to travel to Gisborne for their Super 8 Schools tournament. Sadly, this event has been cancelled. Instead the team will now head to Palmerston North Boys’ High School on Wednesday, 28 June for the Peter McGlashan Cup fixture.
